چکیده
We present results from our Giant Metrewave Radio Telescope (GMRT) HI, Himalayan Chandra (HCT) Halpha, 1m Sampurnanand (ST) and 1.3m Devasthal Fast Optical (DFOT) deep optical observations of NGC 7805/6 (Arp 112) system to test KUG 2359+311's tidal dwarf galaxy (TDG) candidacy explore the properties interacting system. Our GMRT HI map shows no detection associated with 2359+311, nor any tail or bridge-like structure connecting 2359+311 HCT Halpha image on other hand, strong detections in net SFR ~ 0.035$\pm 0.009 {\rm M}_{\odot}\,{\rm yr}^{-1}$. The data constrains redshift $0.00 \le z 0.043$, compared 7806 0.015. TDGs detected date have all been rich, displayed ionised gas stellar debris trails (bridges tails) linking them their parent systems. But neither images, while three magnitudes deeper than SDSS, reveal trail 7805/6. Lack , presence an old population, ongoing star formation, reasonably high normal galaxies suggest that may not be Arp 112 TDG. It is most likely a case regular gas-rich undergoing morphological transformation after having lost its entire content interaction Redshift metallicity future spectroscopic would help clarify nature this enigmatic structure.

Formation of a tidal dwarf galaxy in the interacting system Arp 245 ( NGC 2992 /
Among the various phenomena observed in interacting galaxies is the ejection due to tidal forces of stellar and gaseous material into the intergalactic medium and its subsequent rearranging which can lead to the formation of self–gravitating tidal dwarf galaxies (TDGs). We investigate this process with a detailed multiwavelength study of the interacting system Arp 245 and a numerical model of t...
متن کاملHigh-resolution Hi Mapping of Ngc 4038/9 (“the Antennae”) and Its Tidal Dwarf Galaxy Candidates
We present new VLA C+D-array H i observations and optical and NIR imaging of the well known interacting system NGC 4038/9, “The Antennae”. At low spatial resolution (∼ 40), the radio data reach a limiting column density of ∼ 10 cm (2.5σ), providing significantly deeper mapping of the tidal features than afforded by earlier H i maps. At relatively high spatial resolution (∼ 10), the radio data r...
متن کاملThe nuclear and extended infrared emission of the Seyfert galaxy NGC 2992 and the interacting system Arp 245
We present subarcsecond resolution infrared (IR) imaging and mid-IR spectroscopic observations of the Seyfert 1.9 galaxy NGC2992, obtained with the Gemini North Telescope and the Gran Telescopio CANARIAS (GTC). The N-band image reveals faint extended emission out to ∼3 kpc, and the PAH features detected in the GTC/CanariCam 7.5–13 μm spectrum indicate that the bulk of this extended emission is ...

متن کاملProbing the Dust-enshrouded Regions of the Interacting Galaxy System Arp 299 : a Near-infrared Study
We present high spectral resolution (j/dj + 103) Pab(1.28 km) and Brc(2.17 km), 3.29 km dust feature, and near-infrared broadband images of the Arp 299\NGC 3690/IC 694 galaxy system. The emission is found to be concentrated at the positions of three active regions, known as sources A, B, and C. From our Brc/Pab Ñux ratio we Ðnd the visual extinction toward the ionized gas in A, B, and C is D6, ...
